Most recently he was President, Region Americas of GE Healthcare (formerly Amersham Biosciences), a $3 billion business of GE Healthcare that provides medical diagnostics, drug discovery and protein separation systems. In this role, Mr. Weber managed sales function for the United States, Canada and Latin America, which generated more than $300 million in revenue and included a staff of more than 300 employees. Weber also served as the Vice President, Marketing and Sales Support at Amersham Pharmacia Biotech, where he managed a staff of nearly 150 dedicated to marketing, sales and customer support in North America. In this role, Mr. Weber successfully led five new product launches and was responsible for nearly $300 million in revenue.
