It has frozen on me twice on the two evenings that I've played it, so I'd recommend manually saving the game in a 'Save Game Slot' every now and again. Beautiful graphics. Some of the logic behind matching things or clues to complete a task is a little bit disjointed: for instance: collecting flowers for poisoning something, but with the flowers not being specified as a poisonous flower, but on the whole it is an excellent game.
So many games lack real character nowadays, so it is refreshing to see a game where the developers have concentrated on making a remake of this colourful game. The strength of the game is that it's cheesy in a deliberate and fun way, with crisp graphics and a lot of humour. Well worth the price.

My girlfriend loves it too and we play it together now and it still is as exciting now as it was then!

I used to play this game with my dad and he loved it as much as I did. Hopefully one day I will actually learn 'The Secret of Monkey Island', but until then I'll have to enjoy not knowing! However I brought the PC version of this on steam when it was first released (before switching to mac) and being a port this is not the same. Switching between Classic and SE is clunky and also there is no speach in the classic mode which is feature of the origonal SE on PC iPhone etc One other major gripe is that its states in the desciption (up there somewhere) that you can use an xbox 360 pad which would have been awesome but alas does not work.
